Advanced Probiotics at 7.0 oz / 200 grams.  Each of these containers offer up to 8 servings of 25 grams, about 8 days worth, if you are relatively healthy. For those who have more serious issues, then each twice a day for about 4 days worth.

It’s recommended you consume one serving in the morning and one in the afternoon.  Keep refrigerated and out of direct sunlight.
